New Feature:
Select menu BGM from any that have been unlocked so far. Click "Manage BGM" under Options->Audio. 

In addition to the above, several minor changes and I've cleared up all significant bugs found while testing the previous release.

More BGM will be added in the next update among other improvements. I'll also be redesigning the gameplay BGM menu and allowing players to switch while driving between any they've unlocked (in any race of any world), so it won't be limited to a given 'set' per world like now.
